Media Accreditation Requirements

1. Media accreditation is provided only for those journalists who submit a proof letter from an editorial department in which they are authorized to write the article(s) on a topic relevant to the Conference and its participants.

2. Media accreditation is strictly reserved for those journalists who represent legally registered mass media.

3. Only staff writers – reporters, reviewers or columnists – and photo correspondents are subject to accreditation. Media sales, marketing or PR personnel need to pay their admission fee.

4. Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without stating any reasons.

5. For getting accreditation status, Media Representative has to complete Application Form on the Conference website (as follows) and submit it to the Conference Organizing Committee not later than 6 PM on April 13, 2018

6. Media Representative is considered to be accredited if he/she gets e-mail confirmation from the Conference Organizing Committee.

7. Any media can submit for accreditation not more than two representatives (in particular, journalist and photo correspondent)

8. During the Conference media accreditation will not be granted.

9. On the Conference registration desk, any accredited Media Representative must provide his/her company ID and Press card in which he/she is personally named.
