Conference participants: representatives of Russian Central Bank, State Duma, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communication, national and foreign banks, cellular providers, electronic and mobile payment systems, hardware and software developers, content- and service-providers. 

Conference Topics:

• Mobile financial services and technology in Russia: current state and future development. Overview: Major trends for 2018.
• Up-to-date technology, hardware and applications for mobile financial services
• Development of different market segments – mobile banking, mobile payments and transfers, mobile trading, NFC, mobile information services in finance industry
• Regulatory issues related to mobile finance market

Exhibitors and Speakers: hardware and software developers offering IT solutions for those banks and cellular providers that already used or intended to use mobile financial services.

Attendees: Conference audience would be mostly represented by delegates from banks and cellular providers that interested in mobile financial services. Among them are company executives, as well as heads of IT, business and customer relations divisions. Forum geography – Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and other cities in Russia, as well as the CIS and abroad. Estimated attendance is 200 to 300 delegates (90 percent – bank representatives; 20 to 30 percent – top and middle managers).

Participation of two delegates from bank or cellular provider is free of charge (but pre-registration) is required. Entrance fee for more number of delegates from bank or cellular provider is 8,000 RUR for each person (for delegates from non-financial institutions and individuals - 17,000 RUR for each person).
